My family and I first visited Namporo Water Park last October 8, 2022, during our “October 8-10” Road Trip. It was my 341st day in Japan as an ALT under the JET Programme. Namporo Water Park was our first stop in the town of Namporo. We wanted to go up the Fukino Tower inside the park but were disappointed to discover that it was only open from May 1st to September 31st. We were a week late. Regardless, we strolled around the park a bit and enjoyed its scenery.
