Team Nicerio visits Daisen Park
My daughter and I visited Daisen Park during our Father and Daughter Backpacking Trip around Osaka last January 5, 2023, my 430th day here in Japan as an ALT under the JET Programme. My daughter and I enjoyed strolling around this vast park during our visit but what made it memorable for us was our visit to the scenic Japanese Garden. I think we spent more time there than in any other part of the park. Overall, we would love to return to this park in the future and see the Sakura blossoms, one of Daisen Park's highlights.

From Osaka Station, ride the Kanku-Rapid Kansai-Airport of the Osaka Loop Line and board down at Mikunigaoka Station. From here, you have the option to walk to the northeastern side of the tomb. However, the main tourist spot of the tomb is its southern part so it’s highly recommended that you transfer to the Local Otori train of the Hanwa Line and board down at Mozu Station.
From there, the Daisen Park is just a few blocks away.
